This group is part book club/ part support group/ part processing group. This group is designed for Highly Sensitive Individuals who have felt too emotional, sensitive, or shy.
Individuals must be committed to reading the book.
When: Weekly, Saturdays for 6 sessions starting March 5, 11am-1pm EST
Where: Online, via Zoom
In this group, we will cover
Just like a regular book group, we will discuss parts of the book that resonated with us.

Mindfulness & Journaling
Other healing forms will be part of the group process such as mindfulness exercises, and journaling prompts.
