Counseling for Identity

When you feel like an "other," it can cause problems in your career, relationships, and decision making. The intersections of multiple cultures and identities impacts how you see yourself and how others see you. You notice when you are in certain spaces or with certain people, you don't feel comfortable with being yourself.  You switch based on who you are around, and you are tired of that. You feel disconnected. You want to belong, but you also want to be your own person.

Some common identity concerns are:

  • Identity Development- racial/cultural/ethnic/LGBTQ+/faith

  • Intergenerational trauma

  • Ancestral/Collective Healing

  • Internalized racism

  • Microagressions

YOU CAN LEARN TO LOVE WHO YOU ARE AND BE YOUR OWN AUTHENTIC, UNIQUE SELF.

I can help you feel seen, heard, and understood. Let's connect.
