Frequently Asked Questions:
- What if I am shy? Do I have to talk?: While no one is required to share, the group process is more beneficial when people share. The hope is that as time goes on, you will feel comfortable and safe to share. Your story and why you're here matters.

- I cannot commit to each week. Can I still participate? Due to the nature of the group, we will be closing the group on the session. If you cannot participate for at least 90% of the sessions, please wait until the next cycle.

- Do I have to pay for the entire series or can I pay for each session individually? You can do either. However, since it is a closed group and want to honor the space, we ask that you are fully committed before you agree to participate.
