Thank you for being here! Throughout my life I have found that listening to other's stories, providing space for their feelings, and meeting them where they are is part of who I am. As a current Clinical Mental Health Intern and graduate student, I want to meet you where you are on your journey.

There are seasons in life when it takes more courage than others. If you have felt discouraged, overwhelmed, and unsure of what path to take, you are not alone. There is no shame or weakness in being uncomfortable on your way to healing. Fostering that courage and becoming empowered in your journey is often hard work. However, without the ability to dig into your vulnerability and sit with those feelings and experiences it may be difficult to find your way to another season. Your desire for change right now is courage and the first step towards your mental health wellness. It would be my privilege to help you on this journey to find healing and growth.

With a background in education, I find it invaluable to learn more about experiences, what they mean, and educating others aout them. I have a passion for helping individuals learn more about who they are and how to create healing opportunities Using a client-centered approach allows my clients to be the author of their stories and guide me to provide the empowerment in a safe space. I create a space that is non-judgmental, warm, and caring for all that walk through the door (or screen).

I am passionate about clients advocating for their mental wellness and eliminating stigma of seeking help. In addition, I am particularly passionate about women's issues such as postpartum depression or anxiety, pregnancy loss, or unplanned pregnancy. As a person who has experienced pregnancy loss and postpartum depression, I understand the importance of knowing you are not alone and with help you can be well. Seeking help takes courage, may be uncomfortable, but can bring such relief and healing.

When I am not wearing my counselor hat, I enjoy spending time with my busy toddler, funny husband, and my close friends. Coffee, milkshakes, true crime podcasts, and a good nap are some of my favorite life pleasures. Curious by nature, I take every opportunity to learn whether about a person's life, what the greatest hit was in 1992, or how to make cake from scratch. I am still on my journey of healing and wellness, one that will be lifelong, and would love to support you on yours.
