Helping You Navigate Life's Challenges

Holistic Counseling for Adults in North Carolina

There is Hope

You want to move on in life, but it is hard. You are realizing that the painful experience from the past is something you need to process.  Many people do not understand it or even acknowledge it. You are trying to keep up with everyone's expectations while dealing with your story, but it just seems overwhelming.

You are so used to being who you need to be for others, but it's not enough. You need a place to honor your unique experiences. It's taken such a toll on you and you just want time to stop so you can take a breath.

You want to be happy, confident, and not full of worry or sadness. And most importantly, you want better relationships with the people you love.

Life doesn't have to be this way. I can help you live a life full of meaning and joy, where you are connected to your soul and purpose.

We are trauma informed therapists that can help you get tools to navigate these difficult changes, and help you live your authentic self.

The Process

STEP 1: Reach out to schedule a consultation with your preferred therapist.

STEP 2: After the consultation, you will book our first appointment. At the first appointment, the therapist will ask some questions to get to know you and see how to best help you. Then you will work together to come up with goals that you want to work on during therapy and decide on how often.

STEP 3: Learn ways to reduce anxiety and depression; and gain confidence in who you are so you feel seen, heard, and celebrated.
