My interest in human behavior led me to obtain a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. After receiving this degree, I wanted to use the knowledge I have learned to help others. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree from Liberty University, where I am studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My counseling approach includes person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. This allows us to work together on identifying and exploring feelings while challenging the negative thoughts, allowing room for growth and change. Every person is unique; therefore, tailoring my approach is important in order to best serve the community.

I am passionate about walking alongside my clients during difficult stages of their lives, assisting in finding inner strength and confidence. Having to overcome my own difficult life transition, I understand the complications of growth. My goal is that as we work together, you will learn the tools needed to conquer challenging steps with confidence.

I am committed to meeting my clients where they are and being of support, and helping you build the skills necessary to help you through the difficult stages of life.
